The website build is finished on the staging site. Nothing below is more development work — these are the answers and assets only you can provide, plus the final go-live steps. The sooner they land, the sooner we launch.

Timeline: the original ~3 weeks including Spanish is still realistic if these come back promptly. Once the launch blockers are answered, we are roughly a few days of finishing plus quality checks away from going live.

Phone & WhatsApp number Resolved — the real DR number +1 849 754 1676 is now live on the site, the WhatsApp float button, and the Contact page. Done No action needed. Confirm it reaches the right inbox/phone when you test.
Logo & brand fonts Brand fonts received and embedded — Groovy Fruity + Hillda are now live on the site. Still need the final logo file (SVG or high-res PNG); you mentioned sending it by email. Launch Send the logo and I place it immediately. Fonts are handled, so once the logo lands the brand identity is complete. Until then the current look is launch-safe.
Payment gateways Live Stripe (and PayPal) keys, plus one real test order. Launch Prioritise Stripe for cards. Add PayPal only if it is already set up. We run one real test transaction before launch so you know money actually lands.
International shipping A yes or no: ship only within the DR, or abroad too? Launch Launch Dominican Republic only. It matches your pesos + Vimenpaq model. We add international later once you have real courier rates — that avoids accidentally under-charging for shipping.
Spanish version Scope (full site vs key pages first) and the translated text. Launch Launch English + key Spanish pages (home, shop, product, quiz, checkout, contact); translate blog and directory afterwards. Send Spanish product titles and descriptions in a simple sheet and I import them.

Confirm you stock Gasalia, Chestal, Allergy Calm. Feature Create the ones you actively sell first (aphrodisiacs, roll-ons, hair). Skip anything you do not stock — the quiz already hides missing items cleanly, so this never breaks, it only fills out.
Product-type filters “Shop by Product” Fixed — the “Shop by Product” menu (Herbal Teas, Plant Powders, Liquid Extracts, Roll-Ons…) opened empty because products had never been tagged with a product type. I back-tagged 223 of 246 products from their names, so every filter now returns products and the menu only lists types that actually have stock. Feature Going forward, pick a “Form” when you add a product (Herbal Tea, Powder, Oil…) so it appears in these filters. 13 edge items (pure oils, e-books, a lotion, a suppository) are intentionally untagged — tell me a type if you want any made filterable.
Prices now show RD$ Done, per your note — the confusing “MN” is replaced with RD$ everywhere: product cards, cart, checkout, the quiz, and the shipping bar (e.g. RD$720). The US$ toggle stays for international visitors. Feature No action — just confirm it reads right. If you would prefer DOP$ over RD$, say the word and I switch it.
Single herbs decision Sell the individual single herbs, or made-products only? Feature Made-products only for launch. It keeps the catalogue and the quiz clean. Add single herbs later as a separate “Herbs & Botanicals” collection if customers ask for them.
Shop-by-Need sub-filters All 8 collections are populated. I auto-tagged 33 of the 44 sub-filters from your quiz map. 11 remain empty: the four Calm & Sleep nodes (Sleep, Stress, Burnout, Emotional Balance — the quiz has no Calm category), Aphrodisiacs, Ceremony & Ritual, Lymphatic & Diuretic, and Ear/Eye Care, Bruises & Sprains, Yeast Infection (products not yet in the catalogue). Feature Tell me which products belong in the 11 remaining nodes (especially the four Calm & Sleep ones). The catalogue-gap nodes fill in automatically once the missing products in row 1 are created.
Work With Me copy The final Custom Protocol / consultation copy you mentioned. Feature Send when ready — not urgent. The page already works with draft copy, so this is polish, not a launch blocker.

Shipping Policy page New — I created a Shipping Policy page (linked in the footer) using your rates: RD$300 for Puerto Plata / Santiago / Santo Domingo / Las Terrenas / Samaná and RD$600 for the rest of the island, with Vimenpaq branch pickup and door-to-door, and a 2–3 day made-to-order handling time. Confirm Read it once and confirm the rates and wording are right. I can adjust any figure or fold in your exact courier terms.
WhatsApp chat message Fixed — the pre-filled WhatsApp message now shows the English and Spanish lines on separate lines with a blank line between and a period at the end, exactly as you wrote it (it was cramped because a WordPress security filter was stripping the line breaks). Confirm Re-tap the WhatsApp button to confirm. It now opens the chat with the tidy two-line message pre-filled.
Delivery details field Vimenpaq branch vs door-to-door is collected in the checkout order notes (no separate field), and free store pickup was removed. Confirm Keep the order-notes approach for launch. It is simplest and needs no extra development. We add a dedicated dropdown later only if your support team finds it fiddly.
Category web addresses Category links still use French wording (categorie-produit/…) left over from the old plugin. Confirm Switch to English (product-category) now. Cleaner for an EN/ES site. When we migrate to the live site I add redirects from the old links so nothing breaks in Google.
Speaking topics I added Brain Boost, Herbalism Essentials and “Make Your Own Herbal Remedies” to your five core topics. Confirm Keep them if you teach them. They fit your offering. Remove any you do not actually run and I will trim the list.
Wording change I replaced “plant medicine” with “medicinal plants” / “herbal remedies” across headlines, per your note. Confirm Approve. It removes the entheogen/hallucinogen confusion you flagged while keeping the copy warm.
Testimonials We use your real AZAYA quotes (Eric Edmeades, Ambika Devi, Jennifer Wootton). Confirm Confirm they are cleared to publish by name. If any are unsure, I can show them as “Retreat host, AZAYA” instead.
Detox Cure placement Your brief said to feature the Detox Cure on the main shop page. Confirm Pin it as a highlighted card on the shop landing. Confirm and I place it front and centre.
